"Cabin grade flooring"
My flooring has held up very well. Even my dogs toenails did not injure information technology. I bought the cabin grade of flooring or 2nds and information technology looks beautiful. In the side by side 6 months I program to accept a glaze of poly to seal information technology permently.

"Definitely not what we expected"
We put a Bruce hardwood floor in our home 7 years ago. It just my husband and I live here. No shoes are permitted on in the firm. So how the hell can anyone explicate the stain just coming off? We have marking's all over where the stain went missing! This floor is garbage!! If you know of a class action lawsuit against Bruce, please lady all of us know. Cheers!

"Bad Habitation Depot Installation"
We are are busy parents that just sold our sometime firm and bought a new business firm. We bought wood floors from home depot as a special gift for our upcoming anniversary. We did our research on hickory forest by looking at their display and talking to their employees. When nosotros got our floors installed it looked decorated and didn't look anything similar their brandish. Display doesn't evidence blonde parts of wood. If it did, nosotros would have never gotten it. Also the adroitness was very poor: fingerprints on the freshly walls, blemished parts of woods installed and a terrible trim chore done.

"Disgusted"
We had the floor installed in July. Within a month, nicks and scratches. We do not wear shoes in the house or accept kids. We work hard for our money and desire what we pay $$$ to await nice and last.

"Poor Quality & They Do Not Stand By Their Warranty! Stay Abroad!"
Our floors have the terminate worn correct off where the grain is higher, information technology is nether 5 years on a 25 twelvemonth warranty that specifically states "nosotros warrant to yous that for the menstruation indicated (25 years)The stop on the covered product will not clothing through and the finish will not carve up from the flooring, nether normal household use and when maintained within accordance of our recommended maintenance guidelines". They denied our claim stating it'south a "loftier traffic" surface area. We are a single family unit domicile, there is no "high traffic" here, information technology'south just normal household utilize! Then they said it could be due to "maintainance or excessive moisture intrusion". We used only Bruce hardwood flooring cleaner and there is no moisture, it's nowhere nigh any moisture. This is unacceptable, I also meet other reviews with the aforementioned issues. Practice not employ this companies products. They exercise non laurels their warranty, even when information technology's articulate their product clearly has a problem. Shame on them, I volition be taking this farther! Run far far away from this company & their products!

"Horrible!"
We bought Bruce Hardwood flooring to put in our house after ripping out wall to wall rug. We paid a flooring company to install it. The initial look of it is nice, still, non a couple of months in and nosotros started noticing that nosotros were getting small splinters in our feet. My girl actually got a HUGE chunk of splinter in her knee joint when she knelt downwards and slid on the flooring (innocently, not rough housing). We do non clothing shoes in the house. We do non take pets. We use appropriate cleaning methods and felt article of furniture pads to keep the furniture from gouging the flooring. We are finding splintered edges in not-high traffic areas, too as the primary walk means. We too take boards with powder postal service beetle holes in them. The installer brushed it off when I called him ("Oh, who would notice that anyway?" - Um... ME! The homeowner who paid for quality product and quality workmanship/installation!)... his guys should NOT have put those boards in... and honestly, those boards should not take been sold, flow. Nosotros are NOT happy with these floors, especially for the money we paid. I would not recommend Bruce Hardwood Floors to anyone.

"A nightmare to install"
We accept used Bruce hardwood flooring in the past and were very satisfied. We are in the process of installing Bruce Hardwood in our new home. What a nightmare. Opened one box and information technology contained nothing but short pieces nether 12" in length. Many pieces were damaged with black marks and cuts in the finish. Other boxes comprise warped pieces, pieces missing the grove in the edges. We had to render boxes and get replacement. Laying this floor is taking forever! I would non recommend Bruce.

"Worst Products"
We purchased 2400 sq ft and eighty% was warped and cupped. And so Lowes would but do an exchange and the next batch were unlike widths, had inconsistent tongue and groove depths and had entire boxes of 6 inch and ane foot long pieces resulting in over 50% spoilage in total. This is the production ever and cost united states of america weeks in delays in our construction and thousands more in installation costs. More than importantly Bruce won't stand up by their product and y'all are at the mercy of your retailers return and exchange policies. I decided on Bruce because they were a well known brand and made in the USA. Its disappointing that American made product has such poor quality and worse customer service. I would never purchase this product again nor volition I recommend information technology to anyone.

"Just Scraps Total Junk"
Ordered and picked up 9 cases of plano marsh hardwood flooring. Later we lugged the cases into my house I opened the boxes to find a bunch of scrap. ninety percent is under 1 foot long. The few long boards are scrap - not milled right, blackness marks in the cease, groves falling off, ends not cutting right etc. My father was in the hardwood floor business and used Bruce hardwood and Armstrong products for 40 years. They should exist ashamed to try and sell this stuff to people. At present nosotros have to load it back up and take it back. What a bunch of BS this is. Cant believe Bruce hardwood has fallen this low. Believe the other reviews and dont buy this junk.

"Why so many short stuff"
Hello I've been a carpenter for over twoscore years And of use this product quite a lot used to be a good production quality has gone downwards so Dematic Lee so many short little tiny pieces in this you could non brand money installing it I practice not empathise the demand to put so much short little pieces of the so you demand to brand more money off of my dorsum I volition never buy this product again I know a tremendous corporeality of people in the industry I'm gonna permit the know how nasty This is I'm gonna down play at every take chances I go that everybody know Help happy this product deals but iam sure anybody has notice i well expect for someone else deplorable
